Shipping policy

Depending on the items availabilities, 1) in-stock Items will be shipped out within 2-3 business days; 2) Made-to-order AND Back-ordered items will be shipped in 3-4 weeks, a notification will be sent before the dispatch. 

Couriers: 

For our customers in North America (U.S. and Canada), packages will be shipped from our distribution center in California.

  • Packages will be shipped using UPS or FedEx.
  • Ground Shipping: Free on all U.S. orders. Arrives in 5 - 8 business days.
  • FedEx 2 Day: Free on U.S. orders over $700. Arrives in 2 business days.
  • FedEx Overnight (Expedited): Calculated at checkout. Arrives next business day.

For our customers in other countries, packages will be shipped from our distribution center in Asia.

  • FedEx Priority International: $25. Arrives in 3 - 4 business days.
  • FedEx Overnight International: Calculated at checkout. Arrives next business day.
  • All custom orders have a production lead time of 4 - 6 weeks. You will receive a shipping notification once the item has been shipped.

Note:

All shipments require a signature upon delivery and we do not ship to PO boxes. Please make sure you or someone you know is available to sign for package. Ever Yours is not responsible for delayed delivery of packages for the reason of recipient not being available to accept delivery. All shipping charges due to returned or undeliverable packages is the responsibility of the buyer.
